The Small Print

• This promotion is invalid in any state or jurisdiction in which it is illegal. By submitting this form you are, to the best of your knowledge, complying with your local laws regarding promotional prizes.
• Hosts, guests, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.
• Only one entry per person is allowed, and entering more than once or with multiple email addresses makes you ineligible to win prizes.
• We are asking for your email address, but promise to never give or sell or lease it to anyone, nor to allow it to be stolen.
• We would like to send you occasional email messages about special events regarding Postcards from the Dungeon, but only a few times a year and you can ask to have your address removed at any time.
• For the purpose of determining winners, we will only consider entries made on or before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time, August 28th, 2011.
• We will use a list of random numbers generated and documented at random.org to order the submitted entries.
• First Prize will go to the entry in position one
• Second Prize will go to the entry in position two
• Third Prize will go to the entries in positions three, four, and five
• Winners will be notified by email, using the addresses submitted. Once the winners have confirmed that they’ve received their notifications, they will receive the certificate code via email.
• Each of the winners will have seven (7) days to confirm they’ve received their notification messages.
• If they have not gotten back to us within seven days, they will lose eligibility and we will assign that prize to the next entry not already assigned a prize.
• This new winner will also have seven (7) days to confirm receipt of their notification, and if they do not, we will continue down the list until someone responds within the seven day window or there are no more entries left.
• The certificates will be redeemable at RPGNow.com and must follow all of the rules, restrictions, and usage guidelines described at RPGNow.com.
• Our use of the trademark’s “GenCon”, “RPGNow.com”, and “Random.org” are made without permission and without claim to rights or association. We are not affiliated with any of these organizations, nor are we trying to imply otherwise.
